Regular registration is closed for the Spring Season.

WHO: |
Boys and Girls in grades Pre-K through 8th grade.
Must be 4 years of age as of August 1, 2008.
High school aged players (15-18 years old), please call if interested in playing.

Print and fill out the
registration form and mail it to our address by March 15, 2008:

| WHEN: |
Season begins in March and ends in June 2008. Games and practices
are in Dayton!! |
| FEES: |
$65.00 for the first child in the family, $55.00 for each additional child if paid prior to March 15, 2008. Payment arrangements, with a down payment, can be made.
Limited scholarships will be awarded upon parent/guardian completing requirements.

All Players receive their Uniform, a Soccer Ball, Team and Individual Pictures, Players Insurance, End of Season Award
